Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as Accessories and Denim are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
